one thing i always wondered on workshops: won't people get bored of the same workshop?
but thats the wrong question because that only focuses basically on the people who want freebies and want free content/help (or low value help if you charge for it).
instead you should be focusing on the people who are a lot further down the buyer journey with you.
This is so ridiculously simple, yet so difficult! I must admit that restraining yourself when your mind is spinning with ideas and opportunities is a huge challenge. Sometimes, it’s good to explore different options, but there comes a moment when you need to focus on one thing, complete it, and achieve a consolidated leap in revenue and income.
Totally agreed. I can say that I only got to this minimalist clarity after 2 years of testing A LOT of stuff. It got clearer after fighting through the fog and ambiguity. So glad to be in a spot where I can now teach it to others and help them avoid the obstacles I went through.
I really like this 'one' model. But trying to get my head around one thing - could you explain a bit more about the differences between the 'subscription community' and 'group coaching model'?
Glad I came across your not so common sense approach. It affirms the direction I was thinking of going. Thanks!
Happy to hear it helps you Larry. Please keep in touch and let me know how it goes. Thanks again.
This is so useful!
so glad you enjoyed it my friend, Bree!

very clear mate!
Thanks my good buddy! I've run the same workshop for the last 7 months. 1 time per month. Still going strong and just had my biggest week ever.

interesting model . .
Thanks Sean! It's been 1 giant year of testing a minimalist approach. It's freeing knowing it worked and has a future.
This couldn't have come at a more opportune time for me! haha Amen to this article.
Feels good to get a clear mind as the year kicks off pal.
